	Nilfisk S-2 Industrial Vacuum The new S2 single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner from Nilfisk CFM has been designed to meet a wide range of industrial cleaning challenges. Available in a variety of configurations, this industrial vacuum features strong solid construction and cutting-edge innovations like an electronic keypad with LED indicators that monitor the performance of the main and HEPA filters. Standard features of the S2 include a manual filter shaker to quickly clean the main filter, an oversized handle for easy push/pull transport, accessory storage tray, cable holder and more. The S2 is available with the Longopac collection system, a continuous bag that can be filled, cut, disposed, and immediately restored for a new use.
Nilfisk S-3 Single-Phase Vacuum Available in a variety of configurations, the NEW S3 single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner features solid construction and cutting-edge innovations like an electronic keypad with LED indicators to monitor the performance of the main and HEPA filters. The S3 is available with 50 or 100 liter collection capacities and can be equipped with many different features including, liquid or level sensors for automatic shut-off and the Longopac collection system, a continuous bag that can be filled, cut, disposed, and immediately restored for a new use.
Pre-Separators	The Nilfisk Hopper Separators offer a wide range of capacity and discharge options, and can be combined with the line of vacuum Units to fulfill any vacuum system need. The Hopper Separators can be equipped with self cleaning cartridge filtration for the fine dusts and debris, or cyclonic filtration for large or heavier particles. Each Hopper Separator has three options for disposal of the collected debris to fit virtually any industrial process, and be equipped with a variety of discharge valves and operation controls to add efficiency and value to central vacuum applications. Available in either 560mm or 780mm diameter sizes, the Hopper Separators feature collection capacities from 15 to 46 gallons.
Low Cost Vacuums Because it is important to use a functional Hepa vacuum if you are going to grind dry, Levetec has a supply of low cost HEPA filter vuacuums to do the job with just a little more cleaning time needed.
	Particle Sizes Small particles in the air, on the floor, and on your machinery can be dangerous for a number of reasons. Most importantly, they can contaminate your product and endanger your workers' health. Nilfisk and Nilfisk CFM industrial vacuum cleaners can filter down to 0.12 microns in size. One micron is equal to one-millionth of a meter, or 1/26,000 of an inch. On average, the human eye cannot see particles that are smaller than 50 to 60 microns. Particles that are 10 microns or less are considered respirable and can settle deep into the lungs – often causing adverse health effects. Respirable particles make up greater than 99% of the 7 million particles in every breath you take. To give you a better idea of just how small a micron is, consider this: the diameter of a human hair is 80 to 100 microns in size. If (A) is the diameter of a human hair (100 microns), then (B) is the size of the smallest particle visible to the human eye (50 microns), and (C) is the size of a 0.5 micron particle.
