Piranha™ Electro-Cast Diamond tools XP Series

 

 



The Piranha™ XP tools are constructed by brazing two rectangle diamond segments on a sector-shaped steel plate. They can be mounted on most of the grinding machines in the market for high efficient grinding of concrete, terrazzo and stone floors.


The sharp diamond grit of the Piranha™ XP-series tools allow for aggressive production, and provide smooth machine operation for a scratch free floor finish.




Piranha™ XP2-30S, black
(soft bond)		 30/40 grit, for hard concrete.

First step grinding and levelling of rough/uneven concrete floor.
Piranha™ XP2-30M, red
(universal bond)		 30/40 grit, universal

First step grinding and levelling of rough/uneven concrete floor.
Piranha™ XP2-30H, blue
(hard bond)		 30/40 grit, for new and soft concrete

First step grinding and levelling of rough/uneven concrete floor.
Piranha™ XP2-50M, brown 40/50 grit, universal and terrazzo floor

Step 1 grinding where rough levelling when 30 grit is deemed unnecessary.
Piranha™ XP2-70M, silver 60/70 grit, universal and stone floor

Step 2 grinding to remove the scratches made by 30 grit or 50 grit
